NFC CHAMPION NEW ORLEANS SAINTS

Hahahahahahaahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahaahah YES!!!!

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha AWESOME!!!!!

I’m always injured after I throw a pick. Oh and the pick definitely wasn’t my fault because I’m Brett Favre. I don’t make mistakes and nobody ever says that I make mistakes because everyone still loves me for some reason even though I’m an ass. Is the camera still on me or should I keep faking my injury. Yeah tape up my ankle too that’ll look good and people will praise me and say that I persevered through injury and I’m a true American hero. Is the camera on me hang on I’ll conjure up some tears. When am I going to learn that an old disgruntled man can not play like a little kid any more. I really have to stop throwing picks when it matters.
All right I’ll stop that and be myself. Seriously, think about this decade. I was blinded by it when he was on the Packers but here are the facts.
All Playoff Favre Loses with Touchdown and Interception Stats.
Packers vs. Rams 2002 NFC Divisional Playoffs
2 TDs, 6 Picks
Six picks. Not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, but six. He didn’t give them a chance in that game.
Falcons vs. Packers 2003 NFC Wild Card
1 TD, 2 picks
Packers vs. Eagles 2004 NFC Divisional Playoffs
2 TDs, 1 pick
Ok not so bad but when you consider the one pick that was in overtime that gave the Eagles the game it sounds familiar. He threw it 20 yards over his receiver’s head and directly to Brian Dawkins. Take a look at this. Damn this is actually top 5 worst loses by my teams that I’ve watched. This is painful. It’s the 4th and 26 game. If you only want to see the horrid pass skip to three minutes.
Vikings vs. Packers 2005 Wild Card
1 TD, 4 picks
Giants vs. Packers 2008 NFC Championship
2 TDs, 2 picks
Remember Favre’s last game as a Packer? He completed a pass TO THE OTHER TEAM!!!! Looking at Favre during that game you could just tell he was old. The quarterback that was supposedly so good in the cold looked like he was more worried about staying warm than playing a football game. Might as well take a look at this too.
The Giants hit the field goal and went on to win the Super Bowl. That’s right the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl. The Super Bowl. The Super Bowl. The Super Bowl. THE SUPER BOWL!!!! I’ll never let that one go.
Last five games for the Jets as they made their playoff push
2 TDs, 9 picks
They missed the playoffs by losing 4 of their last 5.
Vikings vs. Saints 2010 NFC Championship
1 TD, 2 picks
The Vikings almost had an opportunity for the game-winning field goal but because of bad play-calling and Favre’s interception the Vikings never had that opportunity and the Saints moved on to the Super Bowl. If he retires the last throw for the Vikings would be a pick. Sound familiar. Some picks aren’t the quarterback’s fault. All of these were. This was the best moment of the season.
So let’s tally up Favre’s ends to the season in this decade when he made the playoffs and the Jets playoff push.
That’s 11 TDs and 26 Picks
That’s not how you end a season.
All right enough Favre bashing and I will say this. Brett Favre belongs in the Hall of Fame and is one of the greatest quarterbacks of all-time. He helped resurrect the Packer franchise that had experienced years of downtime. The bottomline on Brett Favre is he will get you far but when the game is close and the ball is in his hand he will take too many chances and help you lose the game. That’s what he did this decade. I just gave you the facts. Maybe he’ll play well in one playoff game but eventually he will fall.
Vikings 28 vs. Saints 31 (By the way does this score look familiar? It’s the exact score that I predicted for the game. Check it out.)
As for the game itself, it was not as good as the score suggested. Both teams tried desparately to lose. Finally the Vikings won that battle(with a pick from Favre). Let me say what a great kick by the Saints kicker to end the game. It was weird to see a perfect kick in the playoffs. There were 9 fumbles in the game. 9 FUMBLES!!! Brees didn’t throw a pick but he didnt’ have a spectacular game by any means. The Vikings had five turnovers. The Saints had one. That was the difference.
AFC CHAMPION INDIANAPOLIS COLTS

Jets 17 vs. Colts 30
The Jets did the best they could but it wasn’t enough. Once Peyton Manning figured out the defense the Colts scored 24 unanswered points. The Colts finally put the Jets run to an end. I dissed the Jets in the past and I just want to say I was wrong and I apologize to entire Jets organization. You were an excellent team and I said you weren’t. However, where was this the entire season?
VS.
Saints vs. Colts
This is a very difficult game to predict so I’m going to go with experience. Last week the Saints did everything they could to lose the game. The only problem was the Vikings tried harder. The Colts were poised in their victory against the Jets. Sure the Jets weren’t that great of a team all year but they played well in the playoffs. The Jets deployed a right haymaker but the Colts applied a left elbow block to shut down the Jets. They scored 24 unanswered points to secure the victory. The Saints eked out a victory in a game they could have just as easily lost. The Colts feel like more of a champion to me than the Saints. However, I will be rooting for the Saints. They definitely have the talent to win it all. The question is will they crumble like last week or will they play Saints football. The Colts are more of a sure thing.
Saints 24, Colts 31
Brett do us all a favor and retire. Actually, do yourself a favor. You’re old. You took a beating in the last game of the season. You can’t handle that for another season.
See ya.
I like the Sherlock Holmes quoting.
